As part of our efforts to resolve the incident, we have scheduled a service downtime between 11:00 CET and 11:15 CET on the 26th of August

Update
We identified that a subset of customers in Austria could not connect to the product. Customers were being presented with an "Unable to connect" error message.
We are currently investigating.
