Update
We have identified an issue during bank account onboarding where a subset of customers in Canada using Desjardins bank feeds are unable to see certain checking account in their account lists. Savings accounts are also displayed as investment accounts.
We are engaged and working with third-party provider, Plaid who are currently working on fix. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
