Resolved

We identified that when customers in the US provisioned a new site for the products listed below, they were unable to download some components, resulting in these sites being unavailable for the customers.

The products/services affected are:

-Sage 50 US Cloud
-Sage 100 Contractor Cloud
-Sage Fixed Assets Cloud

The issue is now resolved, and all new sites are provisioning correctly.
