We have identified a global issue preventing customers from using the Enhanced Lister Posted Payment Reversals functionality. Customers are being presented with an error message: "The data displayed is no longer up to date because it was changed by someone else". All other product functionality is performing as expected and as a workaround, customers can turn off the Enhanced lister and process the Posted Payment reversal from the Standard list. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue
