Monitoring
We identified an issue in Europe, where customers were facing an error when they were trying to print or email documents and/or experiencing slowness when when trying to print. All other product functionality was working as expected.
The service is performing as expected. Avoiding a reoccurrence is our priority as we closely monitor the service.
