While we keeping the service under close monitoring we have identified an alert presenting time out errors to customers in the North American West Coast. For the rest of the regions the products using Sage Id are performing as expected.

Update
We have identified an intermittent issue with customers logging into our Products and Services. Customers can refresh and retry which may be successful, this is an intermittent issue. Customers already logged in are not affected.
We are currently investigating.
