We are continuing to investigate the cause of the issue. As a temporary measure, customers can use the recovery code to login to their product or alternatively use the One Time Passcode (OTP). We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

We have identified an issue preventing a subset of customers in France from receiving the 6-digit code via SMS to validate access to their Sage ID account. We are currently investigating.
