Identified

We have identified an issue intermittently preventing customers globally from reaching the Sage Retail (Brightpearl) global login page. Customers already logged in can use the product without issue.

As a workaround customers can use the following URLs to reach the regional login page:

For US accounts use:
https://use1.brightpearlapp.com/admin_login.php?clients_id= < enter account ID here>

For Europe accounts use:
https://euw1.brightpearlapp.com/admin_login.php?clients_id= < enter account ID here>

We have identified the cause of the issue and are working on a fix.
