We are still engaged with our third party Microsoft who is still troubleshooting a network issue in different regions across the world, impacting many Microsoft customers, including Sage.

Update
We detected network performance degradation connection issues with the Sage 300 People Managed Cloud Services service. This is affecting all customers connecting to the service and users actively connected. Service connections are being disconnected forcing customers to reconnect and re-authenticate. We are currently working with our 3rd party provider, Microsoft to identify the root cause of the network disconnections.
