Update

Third-Party provider, Yodlee deployed a fix to improve performance however we are still seeing some errors. These errors relate to the high volume of accounts which is beyond what Yodlee recommends. We are continuing to investigate how we can improve reliability.

Update

While investigating, we have identified an issue with our Yodlee connection and successfully implemented a fix which resolved issues for some of the customers. However, we are still seeing some intermittent issues when syncing transactions. We continue to investigate with third-party, Yodlee.

Update

We have identified an issue in South Africa where a subset of customers using ABSA Direct Feed are experiencing issues syncing transactions.

The products/services affected are:
-Sage Business Cloud Accounting ZA
-Sage 200 Evolution (ZA)
-Sage 50 Accounts (ZA)
-Sage Intacct ZA

We are engaged with the third-party provider, Yodlee to investigate and and resolve this issue.
