The third-party provider have implemented the fix which is being closely monitored and are working on resolving the ongoing performance issues. Sage is working with the third-party provider towards complete resolution.

Sage are working with a third-party provider to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Customers using guides and analytics reports may still notice performance issues with these features. All other Sage 50 features remain fully functional.

We’re experiencing an issue for customers accessing the guides and analytics reports features of Sage 50. All other features remain available. Sage are working with a third-party provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
