Identified

We have identified an intermittent issue impacting customers from Canada, the US, the UK, France using the below products. Customers are facing a failure when they are synchronising their data to the network. We are working on a fix. All other product functionality is working as expected.
The products/services affected are:
-Sage 50 US
-Sage 50 CA
-Sage 50 FR
-Sage 50 UK
-Sage 200 UKI
-Sage 100 US
-Sage 100 FR
