The service is performing as expected.
We continue to work on the issue and identifying transactions that errored, potentially ones that were "save card". These transactions that did error will be automatically cancelled / reversed.

Avoiding a reoccurrence is our priority as we closely monitor the service.

Update
We identified an issue that is preventing customers in the US and Europe from accessing specific card processing systems. All other product functionality was working as expected.
 
We are currently investigating.
