Update
To resolve the issue the service will be under maintenance for customers for approximately 10 minutes after 08:15 UTC ( 10:15 CET ) on the 15th of July.

During this time the service will be unavailable.

Update
We identified that customers in Austria were being kicked out a few minutes after accessing the service. Customers are presented with a "Remote resource is not available" error message. Approximately 38 customers have reported the issue.

We are currently investigating.
