Identified
We have identify an issue in the US preventing some customers from accessing the service. The issue is isolated to those customers using SBCA US, which is end of life on December 31st. The service is available and performing as expected for all the active customers in the US and Canada. SBCA US customers facing this issue, please contact Support Via Chat. We are working on a fix.
