Monitoring

We identified a global issue preventing customers from making changes to transaction definitions in Purchasing. Customers were being presented with an error message: "You cannot change the primary document workflow setting because documents already exist for this transaction definition".
All other product functionality was performing as expected.
The service is performing as expected. Avoiding a reoccurrence is our priority as we closely monitor the service.
