Update
We are currently working on deploying a fix for the issue. To allow us to deploy this fix faster we have disabled the functionality to scan attachments. If you upload an attachment it will not be processed at this point in time so please refrain from uploading any files for the time being.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Update
We have deployed the fix, however, we have identified a second issue that causes all the attachments to get stuck in quarantine. This is also impacting the following products:

Sage ERP (DE)
Sage Provisioning Portal (SEOS)

We know what is causing this and are working on a fix.

Update
As part of the efforts to resolve this issue, we have scheduled a service downtime between 13:30 and 14:00 UTC on the 26th of March.

Please note that if you save attachments during this scheduled time, there is a chance that the system will not process them and you will be required to save them again.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
