We have identified that a subset of customers in the US and Canada are impacted by this issue. All other product functionalities remain available and are performing as expected. We are actively working with our third-party provider, ShipBob, to resolve the issue.

Update
We are investigating an issue preventing global customers from viewing their recent data from their ShipBob connection in Inventory Planner. (ShipBob is a connector that integrates with Inventory Planner). All other service functionalities are available and performing as expected.
