Update
We now have finished creating the update that will allow us to restore the SFTP connection for the payslip release process. To enable it, we will be required to perform some configuration changes.
To perform these configuration changes we will require you to complete the following steps:
Complete Payroll Processing: Finish all payroll tasks as usual. Pause Before Payslip Release: Before running “Payslip Release,” please pause and raise a case using this link. Wait for Confirmation: We will make the necessary changes and notify you when done. Release Payslips: Once you receive our confirmation, release the payslips as usual.

While we work on restoring the service to full automation, we need to manually complete a step to publish payslips for colleagues to view. Investigating
Due to issues with the recent maintenance on Sage People Payroll, the SFTP connection between Sage People HCM and Sage People Payroll is currently unavailable for customers in the UK. All other product functionality is working as expected.
