Incident Report for Sage
There have been no more reports of customers receiving the license file invalid message. The issue is resolved and the service is available and performing as expected.

A small number of customers had received a license file invalid message in certain desktop products. The issue appears to be resolved and Sage teams will continue to monitor the application closely. We ask customers who have experienced this issue to retry.
