Identified
We have identified an issue preventing Sage 50 Payroll customers in the UK from retrieving mails via the HMRC secure mailbox with Sage 50 Payroll. All other functionalities like submissions are performing as expected. Customers are being presented with an error message: "It has not been possible to retrieve data from you HMRC Mailbox. An error of the following type occurred: HMRC Server Generated. Request failed. Reason unknown." HMRC is investigating.
