Earlier today we identified a global issue preventing customers from running dashboards under analytics. Customers were being presented with an error message: "Exception. BoldBI Embedded: Server not found. If you are using Cloud BI Server, please ensure that the Environment member is set on the client side." All other product functionality was working as expected.
The issue is resolved and the service is available and performing as expected. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.
