Scheduled - Several Banks in the UK have notified us that they will perform important system maintenance on Saturday, March 14th for 16 hours from 00:00 UTC until 16:00 UTC.

Sage will only be able to start retrieving the latest transactions after these banks downtime has concluded. As a result impacted customers will commence receiving new transactions after this activity is completed on Saturday 14th of March but some customers will experience delays

The below services will be impacted by this maintenance:
• Sage Business Cloud Accounting (UK)
• Sage 50 (UK)
• Sage 200 Standard (UK)
• Sage 200 Professional SPC (UK)
• Sage Sole Trader
• Sage Intacct (UK)

Update - We have identified an issue in the UK where a small subset of customers are experiencing issues receiving new transactions through our Santander (Plaid) bank feeds.

The products/services affected are:

Sage 200 Accounts (UKI)

While we are busy investigating, there is a workaround in place to enable customers to use alternative connections via our direct Santander connection.

Identified - We have identified that customers in the UK are receiving an "It has not been possible to establish a connection to your HMRC Mailbox" error when trying to access the HMRC secure mailbox from Sage 50 Payroll.
If you are experiencing this issue please reach out HMRC’s Online Services Helpdesk and provide the following information:
- Inform them that your are obtaining a ‘Request failed, reason unknown’ error when trying to retrieve notices from the DPS.
- Last date a successful retrieval was made, and the first they obtained this error message.
This will help HMRC support with the investigations.

Identified - We have identified an issue preventing AutoEntry customers in France, Ireland and the UK from accessing the service. AutoEntry remains available and performing as expected in all other regions, and Sage for Accountants is also operating normally.

Update - We identified an issue affecting a small subset of iOS customers globally using the Sage Verify app, where multi‑factor authentication (MFA) push notification is intermittently interrupted. We are currently investigating.
As a workaround or alternative, customers are encouraged to retry or use the code option from the application instead of using the push notification while we investigate.
