Update - We're aware of an additional issue where employees are unable to clock in through the HR mobile apps. A workaround is to have the employee attempt to clock in through a browser. We are investigating this issue.

Monitoring - We identified an issue for customers globally where clock-in and clock-out entries were not displayed to iOS users after selecting the option. However, these actions were successfully processed by the system.
The service is now restored however a small subset of customers may still experience the issue. The customers are advised to uninstall and reinstall the application.
If you experienced the issue, and you selected clock-in multiple times, be advised that you will be required to manually adjust the timesheets

Resolved - We identified that early today and during the weekend of the 10th of January, customers globally were unable to make new purchases through sage.com. There was no error message displayed, but a consistent loading screen was shown.

The issue is now resolved.

Identified - We have identified that a subset of customers globally are getting their 2FA verification SMSs from "Twilio" or "Twilio Verify" instead of from "Sage".

The codes being provided are correct and can be used. We are working with our Third-Party provider to correct this.
